Product Description
A Tension Fabric Display Wall is two simple parts: a strong, lightweight tubular aluminum frame and a printed fabric cover. The cover is a 260gsm stretch fabric that fits snugly over the frame and zips closed along the bottom edge to hold even tension, giving a clean, wrinkle-free backdrop. Ideal for exhibition and sponsor backdrops, awards and press events, photo walls, and anywhere a polished background is needed.

Sizes
Eight nominal widths, approximately 3ft, 5ft, 6.5ft, 8ft, 10ft, 13ft, 16.5ft, and 20ft wide. Exact frame dimensions are shown in the illustration above.
What’s in the box

- A pair of gloves for applying the graphic
Setup
- Snap the frame pieces together, following the numbered stickers.
- Wearing the gloves, slide the graphic over the frame and pull it down, then twist it into final position and align the edges.
- Fasten the zip along the bottom edge to tension the cover.
- Screw the feet into the frame with the included Allen key.
Single or double-sided
Order single-sided (with a plain white back) or double-sided — the same design on both faces, or a different design on each, at no extra charge. There’s also no additional charge for multiple designs across an order, however many walls you’re ordering.
Replacement graphics
The cover swaps out easily. Replacement wall graphics are available without the hardware — printed, finished, and shipped to you or your client to fit their existing frame. Old graphics can be recycled with other textiles.
Good to know
- Recommended for indoor use only — not suitable for outdoors.
- Stretch fabric isn’t fully opaque: under strong light from above or behind, the frame can show through slightly. Limit light behind the unit or reposition it to avoid this.
- On double-sided walls, avoid wrapping continuous or highly detailed shapes around the edges — small fabric movement can shift front-to-back alignment.
- Machine-wash the cover cold and gentle with no detergent, and let it dry fully before use or storage.
Artwork Templates
Template information
Artwork templates are available for every size and orientation in InDesign, Illustrator, EPS, and PDF, set up at 20% scale. Log in to download them, then build to the exact template size: outline all fonts, embed all images, keep important content inside the safe area, run background color out to the bleed line, and export as PDF (preferred), AI, or EPS.
These templates were last updated on 08/14/2026. If you have previously downloaded templates for our Tension Fabric Display Wall before this date, please disregard them and use these latest versions. If old templates are used, this will likely delay any orders.
These templates will help you create your design at the correct size, shape and proportion for the Tension Fabric Display Wall, and are setup at 20% scale of full size.
Please note, each size differs in shape and proportion. The template used must match the size ordered.
Shape
- The red line is the bleed line. Artwork must extend to this line. The area in between this line and the safe area line must only be used as a quiet area.
- The blue line is the finished line. This is the approximate perimeter of the visible graphic area, after the graphic has been fitted to the unit.
- The green line is the safe area line. Important content (text, logos etc.) must be kept within this line.
Layers
Please note, our InDesign, Illustrator and EPS templates contain a locked guide layer that is set to be non-printing. Any artwork elements that are put on this layer will not be included in exported PDFs, and will not be printed. Please check your exported artwork before sending it to us. Our PDF templates contain the same locked guide layer, but it is set to be a printing layer - it must be deleted from your file before exporting your design.
- Guide (Non-Printing) (locked). Must not contain any of your design elements. May be deleted, if desired.
- Design. Must be used to create and supply your design.
Artwork Requirements
Flag artwork must be supplied:
- At the exact size of this template
- With all fonts outlined
- With all images embedded
- With all design elements on the Design layer
- With all important content inside the safe area(s)
- With any large areas of solid black using the provided ‘RichBlack’ spot color
- With background/quiet content all the way to the bleed line
- With none of the template guide lines included or flattened
- With all template elements and text removed
- With no crop marks, bleed marks, color bars or other registration marks present
- As either PDF (preferred), AI or EPS format
- With none of your design elements using the template ‘DO NOT USE’ spot colors
- With exported files checked (e.g. in Adobe Acrobat/Acrobat Reader) that all design elements are included as intended
- With artwork for both sides included (applies to double-sided versions only)
