Every item is printed and finished to your specification. Dye-sublimation uses specialized inks and a post-print heat cycle that fixes the color into the fibers, making the print both scuff-resistant and washable.

Finishes

These are the standard finishes for Display/Stretch Polyester. Except where noted, there is no additional charge.

Silicone edge (SEG / Kedar) No extra charge

The graphic is stitched to a strip of silicone edging that tensions into an exhibition frame. 14mm silicone is used as standard unless you specify otherwise. Order the frame size only — we account for fabric stretch, shrinkage, and the silicone edge in the produced size.

Hems & grommets No extra charge

A stitched hem with clear plastic grommets set at even spacing — roughly one every 3ft as standard. Need custom spacing or specific positions? Just tell us when you order.

Hems only No extra charge

A clean stitched hem with no eyelets.

Pole pockets No extra charge

A sewn pocket on the edges you choose, so a pole can pass through to support and tension the graphic. Tell us the diameter of the pole (or the object going through it) and we’ll size the pocket for you.

Hook & loop (Velcro) Additional charge

The graphic is stitched to a strip of hook or loop edging (specify which). Because Velcro doesn’t stretch, it can cause slight bunching that reduces the finished size a little. Available in black or white and various widths — contact us to discuss.

Artwork

For the best results, set your files up to our artwork requirements. For Display/Stretch Polyester, supply 2" (50mm) of bleed — this covers the extra material needed for hems, plus shrinkage and movement during printing and cutting.

Sizes & custom quotes

Standard pricing covers graphics up to 10ft (3m) on the shortest edge. Anything larger just needs a quick custom quote — get in touch and we’ll price it up.

Good to know

• It’s a tight-knit fabric, but some light show-through is possible when a light source sits directly behind it.
• Graphics ship folded in poly bags. Any creases iron out, or simply drop out once the fabric is tensioned on its frame.
• Machine-washable and reusable — wash on a cold, gentle cycle with no detergent and let it dry fully before storing.
