    The hardware is the durable part. The print is the consumable.

    Frames and flag poles are built to last for years. The printed fabric is the part that actually wears - it fades in the sun, dates the moment a brand refreshes, or takes damage in the field. Replacing only the graphic keeps all the value that's still good and cuts the cost of a refresh to a fraction of a whole new unit. Same frame, same pole, new message.

    For a reseller, that's the part worth noticing: the client comes back for the print, not the hardware, which turns a one-off sale into a repeat one. It's also the greener option — less aluminum and plastic heading to landfill for a simple design change, which a growing share of end clients now ask about.   1. How do I know which size to order?

    Order the same size as the original - the flag size (Small to Extra-Large) or the frame size (straight or curved, by width). If it was one of our orders, quote the original order number and we'll match it exactly.

  2. Do you need my frame or pole back?

    No - your client keeps all the hardware. We print only the graphic and ship it to drop onto the frame or pole they already have.

  3. Will it fit hardware bought elsewhere?

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this. Frames and poles can come from many different manufacturers and sizes may vary slightly between them.

    We have spent a lot of time ensuring that the graphics we provide are perfect for our frames.

  4. Do you still have my artwork?

    If it was a previous order with us, quote the order number and we can often reprint the exact file. Prefer to update the design? Upload new print-ready artwork against the same templates.

  5. Single or double-sided?

    Match the original, or switch it - replacement flags and wall graphics can be single-sided (facing left or right) or double-sided, the same as a new order.

  6. Lead time and shipping?

    Printed to order in four to five business days, then FedEx transit, blind-shipped to you or straight to site.
