  1. ABOUT THE RANGE

    One printing method, five jobs

Every fabric here is printed the same way — dye-sublimation. The ink is turned to vapor under heat and bonded into the fibers rather than sitting on the surface, which is why the color stays deep and even, resists scuffing, and washes without lifting. What changes between the five isn't the print; it's the cloth underneath and the job it's cut out for.

Choosing comes down to where the graphic lives. Indoors on a tension frame or stretch wall, Display/Stretch Polyester gives the crispest flat face; behind LEDs, Backlit Polyester is dense enough to glow evenly. Outdoors, weight and airflow matter more than finish — Fabric Mesh and the ultralight AirMesh let wind pass through so the graphic isn't fighting the breeze, and Flag Polyester is the knit built for flags. Order any of them to the exact finished size you need, with hems and eyelets, pole pockets, or a silicone (SEG) edge added at no extra charge.

    • Finished to your size - priced by the dimensions you enter
    • Finishing included - hems, eyelets, pole pockets, SEG edges
    • Up to ~10ft on the short edge as standard; larger by quote
    • Folds flat - ships small, no shipping tubes.
    • Zund - printed material at rear from right
  1. Can I order any size?

Yes - enter your finished width and height and the fabric is printed and cut to it. Standard pricing covers up to about 10ft on the shortest edge; anything larger just needs a quick custom quote.

  2. What is dye-sublimation?

A heat process that turns the ink to vapor and bonds it into the polyester fibers rather than coating the surface. The result is rich, even color that won't crack or peel, and a graphic you can machine-wash and reuse.

  3. Which fabric should I use outdoors?

For exposed, breezy sites, choose a mesh so wind passes through - AirMesh is the lightest and most breathable, Fabric Mesh is a heavier PVC-free workhorse for banners and fence graphics. For flags outdoors, use Flag Polyester.

  4. Which fabric works in a backlit lightbox?

Backlit Polyester. It's a denser 310gsm textile engineered to transmit light evenly across the face, so an illuminated SEG lightbox reads bright and consistent. Note it prints on a twice-weekly schedule, so allow a little extra lead time.

  5. What finishes are included?

Hems and eyelets, hems only, pole pockets, a trimmed edge, or a silicone (SEG/Kedar) edge for tension frames - all at no extra charge. Hook-and-loop (Velcro) edging is available for an additional charge.

  6. Are they washable and reusable?

Yes. Because the color is sublimated into the fibers, the fabric can be washed on a cold, gentle, detergent-free cycle and reused. Let it dry fully before storing; creases drop out once the graphic is tensioned again.
